Overview of the tour

  • Meeting in front of Lupo d'Argento restaurant
  • Village Pitomine
  • Vražje Lake - the lake is situated at 1411m above sea level and is part of the Durmitor National Park.  Vražje or Devil’s Lake looks almost unreal, with clear blue waters that give out different coloured rigs depending on the position of the sun. It is one of 18 glacial lakes known as the "Mountain eyes" of Durmitor. This place is the perfect spot to enjoy gorgeous scenery, it is rich in fish and suitable for swimming.  The legend says that the devil took refuge with his wife in the lake. They made a beautiful castle at the bottom of the lake, all made of ice crystals. That is why this lake is named Devil’s lake it is always cold, as the cold ice is spread from the Devil’s Ice Castle.
