Overview of the tour

HIKING ON BJELASICA MOUNTAIN

EASY HIKE TO ZEKOVA GLAVA AND PEŠIĆ LAKE

  • Departure from the ski center Kolašin 1600, a panoramic ride on the K8 cable car, to Troglava, the third highest peak of Bjelasica (2072 masl), from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the slopes of Bjelasica, Komovo, Sinjavina and, when the weather is clear, Durmitor.
  • From Troglava, the walk begins on the road to Zekova Glava, the second highest peak (2117 masl), from where it continues along a path overgrown with blueberry and juniper bushes and a beech forest to the fairytale Pešić Lake, located in the valley between the peaks of Zekova Glava and Crna Glava, the highest peak of Bjelasica (2139 mnv).
  • From Pešić lake, the walk continues along the path to Pešić pass, which connects Zekova and Crna glava, from where the path continues to the source of Biogradska river, the main tributary of Biograd lake.
