11:00 Meeting in Kotor. Please leave a note if you need airport shuttle or transfer to Kotor on arrival. Our guide will meet you for a city tour through Kotor Old town with visits to its landmarks: St. Tryphon Cathedral (one of only two Roman catholic churches in Montenegro), St. Nikolas' Church and Maritime Heritage Museum. Optional, you can take a short hike to San Giovanni fortress overlooking the whole Kotor bay. Check-in at the accommodation and free evening time.
12:00 meeting at hostel 4U for a private 3-hour speed boat tour to the most remarkable points across the UNESCO protected Boka bay. This bay was announced as one of the 20 most beautiful bays in the world thanks to the amazing natural and cultural heritage here. You will visit Perast town and the island Lady of the Rocks, one of the symbols of Boka Kotorska and a common picture on postcards. The cruise continues to the so-called "Blue cave" for swimming and snorkeling. Don't forget sun protection and your camera! You have an additional option to book Kotor's via ferrata in the evening.
This day is planned for an exciting combination - jeep tour, camping and sea views! Meeting at 14:00 for a visit to the village Gornji (Upper) Stoliv on Vrmac hill, with an off-road jeep that will take you to the top. From here, you will witness outstanding views over the bay, enjoy a special meal and drinks prepared by the locals living in this magical place far from the city crowd.
09:00 Meeting at your accommodation, today you have a day tour to Lovćen National Park, Montenegro's most visited national park and a real paradise for children. The road up to Njeguši village will leave you speechless as the views get better and better along the 25 curved serpentines. We will take a coffee break and continue to Njegoš Mausoleum, once the highest located mausoleum in the world. Take the 461 steps to reach Jezerski vrh (Lake Peak 1657m) and learn about the bellowed ruler, poet and philosopher Njegoš who left a deep mark on the country's history. The stairs leading to the top climb through a tunnel, and you will move through the inside of the mountain, reaching the entrance with Njegoš's marble sculpture, subtly covered with a golden mosaic vault. Njegoš's remains are buried in the crypt just a few steps away from the monumental sculpture. After the visit, we will continue our way to the largest cave monument in Montenegro - Lipa cave and enjoy a fun, exciting tour through the cave. After leaving the cave, it is time to try some traditional dishes in a local restaurant. Back to Kotor.
