Balkan Adventure organizes team building outdoor programs, away from the business environment - to give your employees the opportunity to strengthen their team work and interpersonal relationships through entertainment and recreational activities.
This program includes a 30km rafting tour on the famous Tara river, the second deepest canyon in the world. Challenge your employees to cooperate and participate in an activity that is adventurous and quite different from their daily tasks.
In this program you will have the opportunity to enjoy rafting, show your bravery on the zipline and after that have time for lunch and refreshments to toast together in honor of the successful day!

You meet and get acquainted with the guide who shares all the necessary information and instructions. The team is equipped and led to the starting point of the tour.
A one-day rafting experience along the Tara River takes you through the center of the Durmitor National Park. The 30km long route begins at Drugi Logor and is accompanied by a licensed guide to navigate and coach all participants. All necessary rafting and safety equipment is provided by us including sterilized neoprene wetsuits and boots, a safety helmet and life vests.
The adventurous rafting tour ends at Radovan Luka. There, you will have the opportunity to recharge your energy and enjoy lunch. Use this time to relax, exchange impressions and have a toast with your co-workers!
One more exciting activity for your team to test their bravery and create memorable moments together! The zip line is located beside the Đurđevića Tara bridge. The flight takes you over the canyon, dense forestry and the gushing Tara River – adding a dose of adrenaline to sight-seeing from a unique perspective! After seeing it from below, you will have the opportunity to meet the deepest canyon in Europe from a completely new angle!
