VIA FERRATA KOTOR

Via ferrata is a secured hiking trail, crossing otherwise inaccessible areas, mountain massifs and other terrains, with the help of safety equipment and cables. It is suitable for both professional alpinists and novices, though a basic physical fitness is required.

Kotor via ferrata is located in the vicinity of the Old Town, just 250m from the "River Gate" (North Gate). The whole adventure lasts for about 2 hours.

The ferrata is 200m long and 150m heigh, graded as moderately difficult to difficult.  There are two benches on the ferrata that can be to take photos of the stunning views or have a break. You will have the opportunity to overlook the entire Old Town of Kotor, the Bay of Kotor, the Port of Kotor, as well as the old Austrian road to Cetinje.
