WHAT IS ZIPLINE AND IS IT DANGEROUS
A zipline is an outdoor activity where a person is suspended from a cable and propelled by gravity from one point to another. It is a popular recreational activity that is typically found in adventure parks, amusement parks, or outdoor adventure centers. The rider is usually attached to the zipline by a harness and a pulley system, and they glide along the cable at high speed.
As with any adventure sport, there are risks involved with ziplining, and it can be dangerous if safety precautions are not followed or if the equipment is not maintained properly. However, zipline operators are typically required to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations set by the industry, such as regular safety inspections, the use of safety equipment, and proper training for riders.
To minimize the risk of injury or accidents, it is important to follow the instructions provided by the operator, wear the required safety gear, and be aware of the risks involved.
