Overview of the tour

HORSE RIDING IN DURMITOR NATIONAL PARK

FULL DAY HORSE RIDING TOUR

This tour includes horseback riding, drinks, two meals and resting time in the village Merulja.
We start with the tour of Devil’s lake , where you will hear interesting things about it's legend and history.
Our next stop is Riblje lake.
We will head towards the village Merulja for a taste of local food and specialties from organic farm owned by the Jakić family.
After breakfast and resting time in the village, we continue horseback riding towards some new natural landscapes including the mountain Sinjajevina.
We will head towards the hill Orujica which is located at 1600 m / 1800 m above sea level.
Here you will have a perfect view of the natural beauties of Žabljak and Durmitor mountain.
Our way continues towards Katun Odrag and Suvo polje and back to Merulja village for dinner.
Back to the starting point of the route – Devil’s lake.
The average time of riding is five to six hours, while the rest of the time will be used for breakfast, dinner and resting in the village.
