Explore the impressive Austro-Hungarian Vrmac Fortress, hidden in the mountains and surrounded by untouched nature. With the help of a local guide, you’ll learn about the fortress history and its strategic role in the region. The journey continues with a short hike to the highest peak of Vrmac — St. Ilija (765 m) — where unforgettable views of Kotor, Tivat, and the entire bay await.

For maximum comfort, all vehicles are fully equipped with coffee machines, refrigerators, lunch boxes, and camping gear, making the experience both adventurous and easygoing. JEEP TOUR TO VRMAC FORTRESS

JEEP TOUR & CAMPING

Boarding the Nissan Pathfinder at the agreed time, with pick-up from the agreed meeting point in Kotor or Tivat.
First stop is Goražde Fortress, where your guide will lead you to the top for spectacular views and a photo break.
We then continue towards Vrmac Fortress, exploring this impressive Austro-Hungarian military site hidden in the hills above the bay.
Camping time: we will set up tables and chairs and prepare a relaxing outdoor break. You’ll enjoy traditional Montenegrin food, homemade rose juice, and fresh espresso in a beautiful natural setting.
After the picnic, we take a light hike to the highest peak of Vrmac — St. Ilija (765 m) — offering panoramic views over the entire Bay of Kotor.
On the way back, we drive through the charming village of Gornja Lastva, known for its authentic stone houses and peaceful atmosphere.
Return to the starting point in Kotor or Tivat, ending the tour with unforgettable memories and amazing photos.
