Canyons are like natural water parks — wild, refreshing, and carved into stone over thousands of years. Canyoning is an exciting adventure where you enter the canyon at one point and make your way through to the exit, following the natural path of the water. Along the route you’ll combine hiking, climbing, swimming, jumping, sliding, and abseiling (rappelling) through narrow passages, crystal-clear pools, and rocky waterfalls.

Although canyoning doesn’t require advanced technical skills, it is a true adrenaline experience and definitely not for the faint-hearted. To join, you should be in good physical condition and feel comfortable in the water, as this is a wet and active adventure from start to finish.
