General info 

The Tara Canyon even called the “Tear of Europe” takes pride in being Europe´s longest canyon. This spectacular canyon is about 80 km long and more than 1300 meters deep, and is a UNESCO world heritage site.

As a geological, hydrological and biological phenomenon, Tara is also one of Europe’s last remaining unpolluted rivers, allowing adventurers to drink from it freely as they descend its rapids.

Overview of the tour 

  • Meeting at restaurant "Suza Evrope" 
  • Transfer to the starting point at Drugi Logor where the 76km long route begins
  • The day includes lunch and entry to the National Park
  • You will spend the night in authentic wooden bungalows. Participants are catered with three meals per-day, fueling up for swimming in the plunge pools and battling through the rapids!
  • Each raft is accompanied by a licensed guide to navigate and coach participants. All necessary rafting and safety equipment is provided by us including sterilized neoprene wetsuits and boots, a safety helmet and life vest.
